Write the code present inbetween the lines... into notepad then save it with name 'desktop.ini' (without quotes) then place it into the folder where u want the image as background pic...

Note in the image.jpg u can give the name or address of the image u want as background image...

if u r simply giving the name like image.jpg or pic.jpg then that image should also be along with the desktop.ini file in the same folder
